In very good condition doesn’t appear to be used if it was maybe once. The sign is new in its bag and so are the sticky pieces. Great looking piece. It does light as well. You can change out the bottom piece it appears to make it useable with a cord instead but the battery option is what’s setup in it as that’s how i got it
